- ADCCI provided the remediation, demolition and recycling for the old Schlage Lock Facility
- After 12 years of litigation and countless budgets, ADCCI was chosen to perform demolition and environmental abatement of over 300,000 square foot of plant buildings.
- All Due Diligence in regards to radius maps, permits, and street closures were performed by American
- Recycling included, recycled wood, steel, concrete and asphalt. All steel salvage was given to the owners representative.
- The performance of Asbestos, lead and PCB abatement was a large part of the ADCCI Contract.
- Project was performed on schedule and on budget.
