Project Scope
- Sections of concrete mezzanine removed from (3) locations
- Largest section removed was 70,000 square ft.
- Phase 2-Demo and removal of 2,100 linear ft of 3'x3' grade beams around college infrastructure
- Removal was coordinated between (2) General Contractors
- All concrete and trees were removed and recycled
- The main location of work can be seen in the aerial photograph
- This location is nerve network for the entire school with ALL utilities traveling through the site
- All work was completed while students were in session with NO dust complaints
